Ex-Shopko store sold for $8.47 million, second sale in three months
Pergola, LLC, and Abraham Properties, LLC, both based in St. Paul, paid $8.47 million to buy Rochester's former south ShopKo store at 2820 US Highway 63 plus surrounding parking lot space on Oct. 8. The 90,000-square-foot building, which has been empty since ShopKo closed in 2019, is currently under renovation to re-launch as an At Home - the Home Decor Superstore.
