52 Welsh pubs closed their doors for good in the first half of 2023

A Wrexham brewery has been awarded best pub of the year for north east Wales for their quality ale and service they provide.

PUB licensees and their customers have been thanked and urged to keep following the rules when hospitality can resume indoors.

But many associated with the industry feel that pubs being allowed to open for the Easter weekend would have given a boost to their businesses and the well-being of people in the community.
