Raymond was taken to the Effingham County jail. Effingham Police arrested 32 year old Lawrence J. Marshall of Chicago for an Effingham County original warrant for 2 counts of theft, and a Coles County original warrant for theft. Lawrence was taken to the Effingham County jail.
