WHIZ News Highway Patrol Issues Safety Warnings MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio-The persistent threat of winter weather has made transportation hazardous all across Ohio.  The Muskingum Branch of the Highway Patrol is offering tips to maintain safe driving. 3:23  Animal rights activist Steve Hindi said his group Showing Animals Respect & Kindness, or SHARK, received a tip from the group’s hotline about a cockfight planned in Lawrence County, Ohio. It is a felony in Ohio to engage in a cockfight.
