Skills gap in construction continues to widen
As boomers are retiring from skilled labor jobs, like those in construction, there’s not enough millennial and gen z new comers to fill the gaps. Not only is this frustrating for employers, experts say this “skills gap” has the possibility to hold back the progress tax payers are paying for through the infrastructure bill.
