By Walter Fields, KOMU 8 Reporter Construction is set to begin in late 2021 for what is known as the "lynchpin of America". The I-70 Rocheport Bridge replacement is one step closer to construction. It is one of 53 bridges over water in the state of Missouri. It's becoming less common to see continuous truss construction bridges when they used to be all over the country.
