Though modest progress has been made since 2017, American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) still graded 11 categories of the nation s infrastructure in the D range in the 2021 Report Card for America’s Infrastructure on Tuesday.
The study, initiated every four years, evaluated 17 categories of infrastructure, with this year s grades ranging from a B for Rail to a D- for Transit.
