MORTON — Tipsy's is the name of a new business that opened this month in downtown Morton. No, it's not a bar. It's an eclectic bakery, coffee shop and gift shop, with other merchandise tossed in for good measure, located in a homey two-room space. The name Tipsy's is a light-hearted reference to the alcohol-infused coffees, teas and baked goods that are offered in the business at 316 S.
