February 6, 2021 Kathleen Blouin THOMASTON – Kathleen “Kathie” Blouin, 65, of Thomaston, devoted wife and mother, passed away peacefully on Jan. 23, 2021, with her family by her side. She was born to the late Rita and Dana “Tex” Mitchell. A graduate of Wolcott High, 1973, she married the love of her life, Jean-Guy Blouin, and spent 47 wonderful years raising their three daughters: Bridgette Keegan of Dexter, Maine, Danielle Blouin of Torrington, Melissa Blouin of Terryville.
