STILLWATER — Multiple parks are in the works to be added to the St. Croix River riverfront that could broaden the city of Stillwater’s connection to the river.
Three businesses are currently participating: The Ambassador, The Den and Keweenaw Brewing Company.
Among the planned projects are new parks north and south of downtown Stillwater.
The segment will extend from Loridans Drive to the southern part of Sandy Springs inside the perimeter, according to the city council.
At its Tuesday, May 21, meeting, the board of commissioners approved a $25,000 contract between the town and Coastal Carolina Construction for the demolition of the pavilion.
