CHILLICOTHE — If not for ill-fitting soccer shorts, Paul Buob might never have become a barbecue entrepreneur. What started as a volunteer concession-stand fundraiser for athletics at Illinois Valley Central High School in Chillicothe evolved into SmokinGhost BBQ.
