WHILE SOCIAL DISTANCING, Vergennes Partnership treasurer Jen Russell is presented with two checks totaling $1,000 from agent-owner Scott Gaines. A $500 gift, awarded as part of Co-op’s Community Grants program was matched by Gaines Insurance and will be used for replacement and additional plantings in the downtown’s City Park, also known as the Vergennes Green.
