Care worker Freya Goozee, 19, was fined £100 for parking over the bay line while 'in a rush' to get to to a client in Brighton A TEENAGE girl on the way to her new job as a care worker was fined £100 by an "incredibly mean-spirited" parking company. Freya Goozee, 19, was in her first week of a new job, visiting people in their homes during the pandemic, when she was given a penalty for leaving her car outside the line of a parking bay. She was caught after leaving her car outside Prestonville Court, in Brighton, while she went inside to do her job.
