They were precision dumping their loads on a smoke over on a smoky fire thats rapidly climbing the mountain. At the top of the mountain, a large group of contract and inmate hand crews were taking positions near the summit. They come from cal fire. The u. S. Forest service and the National Park service. Theres one reason and one reason only to have this much fire power here at the top of st. Helena to keep it from getting over the top and should it get over the top, they can run right down the mountain into middletown. Between the mountaintop crews and the water drop spot well below, we then happened upon inmate crews from a san diego correctional facility. ....
