Porter St., just east of I-95 on Tuesday, two days after the Phillies advanced to the World Series to face the Houston Astros. One Phillies fan who tried to purchase tickets for Game 4 at Citizens Bank Park on SeatGeek found out the hard way that the secondary market is a fraught place to roll the dice on a chance to attend a game.
