Valley over the weekend. Firefighters responded to the ski resort just after 130 on saturday afternoon on a report of an injured skier. There they found 62yearold Elizabeth Danel of Olympic Valley unconcious, and she later passed away. While her exact cause of death is still being investigated, firefighters say she appears to have been hurt after hitting a tree.
