Northeast Ohio’s first Red Crab Juicy Seafood coming to Brooklyn’s Ridge Park Square

BROOKLYN, Ohio After co-owning a Red Crab Juicy Seafood franchise in Illinois, Parma resident Cody Lin is looking forward to opening the national chain’s first Northeast Ohio location at Ridge Park Square in Brooklyn.
“It’s a restaurant where you wear a glove while eating a great seafood meal,” Lin said. “It’s a dine-in restaurant with a bar that’s part of a national chain that has more than 50 restaurants mainly on the East Coast.
“Right now, the Red Crab Juicy Seafood concept is very popular, so we see Brooklyn as a great location with great parking. It’s near downtown but it’s not in downtown. Also, it’s close to the highway.” ....
