In his first year of teaching. It was a wonderful surprise. We are going to have to leave it there. We have a lot of callers teaching teachers and the attrition rate. In my belief which is much higher in innercity schools than it is in the suburbs is an average of three years or less. The main reason is obviously the enormous classsize and the teaching conditions and all the problems that come with insufficient funding and also the fact that they will be talking about children that have their education.
