The Air Force’s nearly two dozen B-2 Spirit bombers are no longer grounded after one of the planes made a fiery landing that led to a five-month investigation of the fleet, the service said Monday.
It remains unclear what exactly led to the earlier incident and whether a fix was made to the fleet.
On Dec. 10, 2022, an undisclosed in-flight malfunction forced a B-2 crew to make an emergency landing at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri.
