It was a nightmare for passengers aboard cruise Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas when a young man jumped overboard. The ship was sailing between Cuba and the Bahamas' Grand Inagua Island when the 20-year-old jumped from one of the decks. As per eyewitnesses, the father and brother looked on in dismay as he made the impulsive decision to jump over the side.
The US Coastguard is frantically trying to find a 20-year-old man who reportedly jumped off the deck of Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas cruise ship.
An unnamed 20-year-old reportedly leapt off the 18-story ship after an argument with his family.
"Woke up last night between 2-3 and thought I heard an 'Alpha, Alpha, Alpha'. Learned this morning that it was an 'Oscar, Oscar, Oscar'."
The 18-story Liberty of the Seas was traveling between Cuba and the Bahamas' Grand Inagua Island when the shocking incident happened at about 4am Thursday.
