Trooper Branden T. Sisca Highway dedicated in Trappe
Sisca was fire chief of the Trappe Fire Company and a state trooper with the Pennsylvania State Police. Sisca, 29, was struck and killed by a drunk driver on March 21, 2022, while on duty along a section of Interstate 95 in Philadelphia.
