Tata Tech Share Price: Tata Tech reported its quarterly earnings for the second time on 3rd May wherein their net profit stood at Rs 157.24 crore for the quarter ended March 2024, which was down 27% on a year-on-year basis while the consolidated revenue from operations for the reported quarter stood at Rs 1,301.05 crore, lower by 7.22% YoY.
Ajanta Pharma has fixed May 30 as the record date for its buyback of 0.82% of the aggregate paid-up share capital of the company at Rs 2,770 per share. The pharma stock was trading at Rs 2,399.55, up 1% on BSE around 1:30 pm on Monday.
Promoters held 62.55 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2024, while FII and DII ownership stood at 12.48 per cent and 7.55 per cent, respectively.
