A new housing development in rural Northumberland is already proving to be a huge success.

Two units on the site of 16 new homes at Buchanan Estates’ Southfields housing development at Acklington have now been reserved, with a great deal of interest shown in the development following its official launch over the recent Bank Holiday weekend.
Julie Walker of selling agent WalkersXchange, says demand is extremely strong for properties in Northumberland and has been amazed by the number of people interested in the Southfields development.
She said: “There isn’t much to see yet on the site as construction has only started recently, so we are advising interested purchasers to contact us directly or visit our sales office in Stannington for more information, where we can show them the house plans and provide a detailed brochure. ....
