MADISON, Wis. -- Madison police arrested a man Sunday night who they said tried to run from the scene of a crash and fought with officers and hospital staff.
Once at the scene, police say they encountered the armed suspect who “posed an immediate deadly threat to the officers on scene, therefore officers were forced to fire upon the adult male.”
Drivers across the Phoenix metropolitan area should plan ahead for major closures on US 60 and interstate 10 this weekend.
Interstate 10 will be closed in both directions at the Broadway Curve near Sky Harbor Airport all weekend long to move a large utility pole, according to the Arizona Dept. of Transportation.
