Was shutdown for several hours. Relatives of a man accused of driving drunk and killing 3 people say theyre praying for the victims. Jaciel espinomontes appeared in court monday to face a judge on 3 counts of aggravated felony death by Motor Vehicle and dwi. His father and other family members sat in the courtroom choking back tears. Police say espino montes was drunk and speeding when he crashed killing 3 passengers including his cousin, and injuring 3 others.
