The SIU reported that it recovered more than R380 million in cold hard cash and assets during the course of 2023.
This after the High Court in Pretoria dismissed with costs an application to stop the auction of a luxury Bryanston house linked to Ndlovu.
The cars include a Porsche Panamera GTS Sport, a Porsche Cayenne S Coupe, a Grand Cherokee SRT and a Lamborghini Urus.
The judge found Ndlovu and co-accused had no legal basis for resisting the preservation order as they did not dispute the procurement fraud allegations.
Since Hamilton Ndlovu has appealed against the judgment by the Special Tribunal, the order forcing him to pay back R157-million fraudulently acquired through personal protective equipment contracts, has been put on ice.
