Belmont's Zoning Board addresses traffic concerns about 40B project
Eleanor Dash/Correspondent Wicked Local The Zoning Board of Appeals met April 5 to discuss traffic and pedestrian studies done for the 40B project at 91 Beatrice Circle. The studies done by MDM Transportation Consultants, INC. continue to add to the tense debate surrounding the project. Florida-based company, Comprehensive Land Holdings, LLC, purchased the 23,500 square foot lot at 91 Beatrice Circle in 2019, to turn it into a large housing complex of 12 four-bedroom rental units.
