City of San Francisco. They knew the space on the other side of the wall should not be considered a buildable site. Please spare us this development and send compassionless people, moneyoriented builders elsewhere. There must be a City Department that should look into with this sidewalk issue to determine if its detrimental to the elderly and handicapped residents. Some people on our block require a walker, somebody else a cane, somebody else a wheelchair. Nobody could tolerate, none of these people could tolerate an even steeper sidewalk.
