Apr 28, 2021 BLUE MOUNTAIN LAKE — The ADK Quad-County Decentralization Grant Program of the Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts this week announced the recipients of the 2021 grant awards, with funds made available by the New York State Council on the Arts. ALCA’s program is regranting a total of $91,720 for 30 projects throughout the four counties ALCA, as the region’s decentralization grant program site, serves: Clinton, Essex, Franklin and Hamilton.
