A RENOWNED pub chain has been awarded a prestigious prize. Butcombe Brewing Co, which runs The Victoria Arms in Old Marston, won the Best Managed Pub Company in this year’s Publican Awards. The awards are considered to be the ‘Oscars of the industry’ and the brewery fought off fierce competition from some of the UK’s most popular pubs to win the award. Pubs in Wiltshire get behind Burnt Chef Project fundraiser Liberation Group, owners of Butcombe Brewing Co which owns several pubs over Wiltshire, has joined forces with The Burnt Chef Project to raise money for those struggling in the hospitality industry with mental health.
