Execupay, an 80-person firm headquartered at 10500 Heritage Blvd., said it’s bought Olathe, Kansas-based Paydayz Payroll in its second such acquisition this year. In February, the company purchased Fox Payroll of Foxboro, Mass. Execupay did not disclose how much it paid for either company.
