Wicked Local The Zoning Board of Appeals in Belmont approved a special permit for Watertown residents Zohreh Beheshti and Babak Shams Asef to open Cafe Vanak at the former Seta's Cafe location, 271 Belmont St. The couple will also be opening a market, Super Vanak, right next door at 273-275 Belmont St. where Integrity Tax and Ashford Realty were formerly located. Originally from Iran, Beheshti came to America 25 years ago and four years ago opened a market in Watertown which specializes in Persian food.
