A popular white-water rafting business operating on the Tully River in Far North Queensland is hoping for a rebound after going under because of the pandemic.
Cairns Adventure Group Owner Roderic Rees bought Raging Thunder Adventures in November 2020 and plans to reopen the business by Easter in time for the school holidays.
“Yes, it’s a bold move, but sometimes fortune favours the bold decision, so I’m having a red-hot crack at it,” Mr Rees said.
