Big change in Medi-Cal rules opens the door to more seniors
For the first time since the 1980s, the financial threshold to qualify for Medi-CAL funded care will be raised in July. Previously, a person could only have a maximum of $2,000 in the bank to qualify, and now the maximum is being raised to $130,000.
