Eventually getting tackled by another Good Samaritan. Chip osowski shows us how it unfolded. Reporter the Good Samaritan that helped out is an employee here at flooring america. He heard the helicopter, saw what was going on, and knew he had to do something. I met him right here and put him down. He just went down to the ground. Reporter the Sheriffs Office heli andy was the person who aided in the arrest. I figured i would just get in his way and slow him down. That was all.
