Mar 1, 2021 NEW ULM — Minnesota Valley Lutheran High School had its best Speech meet of the season on Saturday, Feb. 27 when they participated in Mankato East High School’s Speech Fiesta. Bethany Spike and Estrella Strackbein earned 1st in novice Duo Interpretation, while Nicole Schumann and Emma Niebuhr earned 5th in varsity Duo Interpretation and Nick Pleiss and Andy Muske earned 4th. Emma Niebuhr also earned 1st place in Extemporaneous Reading, Joseph Schroeder earned 5th in Great Speeches (moving out of novice and into varsity), and Caleb Tomhave received 6th place in Original Oratory...
