INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Milhaus, a national award-winning developer, owner and operator of class A, in-fill multi-family properties, announces today that Dave Brackett has been hired as Senior Vice President of Property Operations. Brackett has served in various investment management and oversight roles over the past 30 years and will use this experience to lead and grow Milhaus’ property management division.
Brackett recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Fashion Furniture Rental in San Diego, California. In that role, Dave oversaw all aspects of the company, helping grow revenues by over 30% in a five-year span. During the past year, he was also President of the International Furniture Rental Association (IFRA). Before his time at Fashion, Brackett served as Senior VP at The Irvine Company in Orange County, California, where he revamped and restructured their apartment operations while overseeing 40,000 units. ....
