The Delhi High Court on Thursday reserved its judgement on the police's revision plea against a trial court's order discharging 11 accused, including Sharjeel Imam, Safoora Zargar, and Asif Iqbal Tanha, in the 2019 Jamia violence case.
During the investigation, the police found that the two accused had several cases registered against them across the country in states like Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Gurugram, etc - with the same MO - in the lines of cyber crime.
