If its not Broken Don't Fix it Now that Spectrum dropped Nomorobo...and switched to their Call blocking system...my spam\Junk calls have increased SUBSTANTIALLY. Calls come thru where the Caller IS displays SPAM RISKS....how is that helpful? I must answer those calls because when I didn't, I discovered the calls were Not Spam..they were caller properly calling me Back. I as GUESSING Spectrum's system is monitoring calls and when it feels the Caller may be Spam/Junk...it changes the Caller ID to SPAM RISK for customers to decide whether they should answer the call or Not....and if you don't, ...
