Adria Wu's Miso Group launches new delivery concept and plans for Operation:Falafel rollout street food
Chef Adria Wu is to launch a London-based, delivery-only concept that will serve as a sister brand to her six-strong natural food and juice bar group maple&CO. Called Maple Street Eats, the virtual brand will initially only be available in west London through Deliveroo, UberEats and Just Eat, but Wu hopes to expand it across the rest of the capital by the end of the year.
