Frustrate, but it's what's going on. a year ago 16 people in my building died. this is better than that. but new york is just -- nobody knows what's going on. nobody can answer questions. nobody knows when the next test is going to come so i can get it. it's frustrating. >> reporter: in speaking with that man, he told us he started feeling sick about ten days ago. he thinks he contracted covid-19. in the last ten days he said he's been trying to get a covid appointment at places nearby where he lives in his neighborhood. that he'd been calling pharmacies to see if they had any over the counter...
