Derrininger. Reporter about 4 30 we received the call. Weve been having torrential rains throughout the day. Heavy rain come down. Occupant came home and found an adult and child in the basement, both unconscious, presumably electrocuted. There was a sump pump nearby. The basement of the house was saturated with water, did have a stairwell adjacent to where they were found that was full of water. There was a sump pump that appeared to be used. We believe that somehow or another the sump pump may have electrified the water, conducted the electricity and shocked them, maybe electrocuted them. Th...
