On Sunday afternoon, a McDonald's drive-thru in Chicago turned into a crime scene after a seven-year-old girl was killed in a shooting at around 4 PM in the Windy City's Homan Square neighborhood. The cabinet to house the library has already been constructed, and will be installed once a location has been determined and the weather improves, said Hanna Neely, a reading intervention specialist at the school.
