Hospitalizations: Newly reported coronavirus cases are down over the last week across Ohio, while hospitalizations are up, Rich Exner reports. This could be a positive change. Stimulating discussion: Ohio state and local governments are in line to get big money through the federal stimulus bill signed by President Joe Biden last week. Andrew Tobias rounded up reaction to the bill, detailed what amounts cities are estimated to get – led by Cleveland, which is tabbed for an estimated $541 million over two years – and whether restrictions on the money could hamper how it is spent.
