TISD Offers Free Pediatric Asthma Screenings The Texarkana Independent School District has teamed up with Christus St. Michael Health System and Genesis Prime Care will offer free mobile pediatric asthma screening clinics at select campuses during January and February. If your TISD student suffers from seasonal allergies or colds, displays shortness of breath when playing, or has missed several days of school because of cold symptoms or frequent trips to the emergency room with breathing problems, you may want to have them screened.
