CollegeFest, Campus Philly’s annual Welcome to Philly celebration, kicks off Saturday, Sept. 10 and runs through Sunday, Sept. 11.

The annual event welcomes college students to the region with free museum tours, SEPTA rides, events, prizes and much more.

The city trailed only Dallas-Fort Worth (8.6%), Houston (10.4%) and Miami-Fort Lauderdale (15.4%) in popularity among employees eager for new opportunities. Traditional tech hubs like Seattle (-17.2%), New York (-18.2%) and San Francisco (-34.8%), meanwhile, saw their workforces decline over the past year.  What's behind that change?
