Grand Forks chicken ban cooked, but policy tweaks simmering
On Tuesday, July 6 – National Fried Chicken Day, no less – a proposed ban on residential chickens in Grand Forks died when no Grand Forks City Council member seconded Council President Dana Sande s motion to vote on the ban. Council members are set to consider some tweaks to the city s existing chicken policies later this month.
