Kim Larson and Dale Anderson are running for the open seat on the Kandiyohi County Board of Commissioners. Whomever is elected will represent District 3 on the board. The two participated in a candidate forum held by the League of Women Voters of the Willmar Area on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2022.
