Time now for my if it's tuesday takeaway. as we noted earlier, it's an unprecedented amount of money being spent in this one special election in one swing district in one swing state. outside groups alone have spent nearly $9 million on this race to replace the late congressman bill young. when you add in candidate spending, $10 million, now we estimate it to be $13 million and when all is said and done, it will probably be closer to $14 or $15 million spent in one house race. if this is the kind of money spent in every one of the house races this year, the total would be just shy of $600 mill...
