The Delhi High Court has ordered a fresh property tax assessment of 1,438.20 acres of land belonging to the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI), on the basis of actual annual rent received by DIAL. The court quashed all previous tax assessments and ruled that DIAL must disclose its rentals for 2006-2016 within 90 days.
